According to CDC, regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. One of the benefits is reducing your health risk like cardiovascular diseases, and Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome.

Over time, diabetes can affect any part of your body. Which includes Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Nerve Damage, Sexual Problems, Urinary Tract Infections, Foot damage, Oral damage, Hearing Loss, Vision Loss, and Mental Problem. The good news is that you can prevent or delay many health complications by taking good care of yourself especially physical exercise. Also remember to keep your A1C in a low percentile.

Metabolic syndrome is some combination of too much fat around the waist, high blood pressure, low High-Density Lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol, high triglycerides, or high blood sugar. People start to see benefits at levels of physical activity below the recommended 150 minutes a week. Additional amounts of physical activity seem to lower risk even more.

Remember: Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness.
